Upon successful fund transfer, you are required to update the status of payment by replying on the same order confirmation email with the following information:
- Amount paid
- Transaction date and time
- Transaction reference number/name used for the i-Banking transfer
- Originating bank (for bank transfer)
Payment Schedules:
First Payment: (Item price x current exchange rate) + Handling Fees + Initial Shipping Fees + Insurance, if applicable + PayPal Fee, if applicable
Second Payment: Balance of shipping costs difference + Local Delivery fee, if applicable + GST, if applicable
Refunds of difference in shipping fee will be made if it is lesser than S$2.00 per item.
Handling Fee (per item): S$3 or 5% of cost (in SGD) for item worth US$100.00 and above.
**Balance payment must be made within 48 hours of shipment arrival confirmation received from SGSpreeOnline. The management reserves the right to cancel the order if balance payment is not made within 30days of notification, and NO refund will be made.
**Purchase of insurance is encouraged but not necessary for items above US$200.00 each

Calculation Example:
Eg - 1) purchase item is worth US$100.00 with gross weight 1kg, 2) exchange rate at point of purchase is 1.40, 3) total combined shipping cost is US$55.95 @ 6kg
First Payment: (Item price US$100.00 x current exchange rate 1.40) + Handling Fees S$7.00+ Initial Shipping Fees S$3.00 + Insurance S$5.00, if requested + PayPal Fee $5.40, if applicable = S$160.60
Second Payment: Balance of shipping costs difference $8.05 + Local / International Postage fee, if applicable + GST, if applicable
