Cancellation
1. All orders are Non-Cancellable/Non-Refundable once 1st payment is received.
2. Cancellation will only be entertained before order confirmation.
Refund
1. All items are packed best way to minimize damages during transportation. In the event where a particular item received is faulty/damaged, buyer will be contacted prior by SGSpreeOnline with the option of either a full refund or replacement.
2. All refunds will be done through ibanking within 24hrs of acknowledgement from buyer.
